    C/EBPδ overexpression shows differential expression of epithelial and mesenchymal markers at the protein and mRNA level. a. A quantitative <t>PCR</t> (qPCR) measured the relative mRNA expression levels of C/EBPδ, and EMT/MET markers, including Snail, Slug, Zeb1, Zeb2 in two FTE cell lines overxpresing C/EBPδ verses control cells. b. A western blot analysis of EMT/MET protein markers perfomed on 57-FTE and 19-FTE overexpressing C/EBPδ compared to control cells. c.
